4. Press to switch the input mode, and enter the contact name in the Name field.

5. Press to accept the change.

The entry is successfully saved to the local directory.

To e dit a contact in the local directory:

1. Press .

2. Select Local Directory.

3. Press or to select Enter and then press .

If the groups have been added to the local directory, select the desired group, then

press or to select Enter and then press .

4. Select the desired contact and press or to select Edit.

5. Press or to select the contact information and then edit.

6. Press to accept the change.

To delete a contact from the local directory:

1. Press .

2. Select Local Directory.

3. Press or to select Enter and then press .

If the groups have been added to the local directory, select the desired group, then

press or to select Enter and then press .

4. Press or to select the desired contact.

5. Press or to select De l and then press .

The LCD screen prompts ―Delete selected item?‖.

6. Press to confirm the deletion.
