3. Press or to highlight the name of your corporate directory, and then
press the Enter soft key.
The handset connects to load the corporate directory, and then displays the contact
list on the LCD screen.
To place a call from the corporate directory:
1. Press to enter the main menu.
2. Select .
3. Press or to highlight the name of your corporate directory, and then
press the Enter soft key.
4. Select the desired contact from the corporate directory.
5. Do one of the following:
- If only one number is stored for the contact in the corporate directory, press
to dial out directly.
- If both the office number and the mobile number are stored for the contact in
the corporate directory, press the View soft key to display the two numbers.
Press or to highlight the desired number.
Press to dial out.
To add a contact to the local directory from the corporate directory:
1. Press to enter the main menu.
2. Select .
3. Press or to highlight the name of your corporate directory, and then
press the Enter soft key.
4. Select the desired contact from the corporate directory.
5. Press the Options soft key, and select Add To Local->New Entry.
6. Press the Save soft key to add the contact to the local directory.
You can access the network directory on your handset. Contacts in the network directory
can be added to the local directory. You can also call the contact from the network
directory.
Contact your system administrator for the XSI server address, XSI user name and XSI
password to access the network directory.
To configure the network directory via web user interface:
1. Click on Contacts->Network Directory.
2. Enter valid values in the XSI Server, XSI Username and XSI Password fields.
3. Select the desired values from the pull-down lists of Group, GroupCommon,
